Sample Groin Program

I wanted to share a framework for a program that I have given a few hockey players from a prehab (I don’t know if I like this term, but whatever) perspective. I have used this as a starting template and then I individualize and scale it based on their injury history, their position, goals, strength, ROM etc.
The idea with this program is to not take away time from their main things such as skating, skill work, lifting, conditioning, but to create a bit of potential robustness to assist their program. These are things that they’ll throw into their warm-up or mix as “fillers” into the bigger lifts. This is not their “main course,” but their “appetizer,” so to speak!
